Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. The passport should also have a minimum of two blank visa pages.

Old passport required (Only if the new passport is a fresh passport)

2 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) (For specification please see the foot notes below)

Detailed Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of People`s Republic of China on Company Letterhead with entry and exit dates, PAX name and passport number.

ORIGINAL PU letter from the Chinese Ministry (Not mandatory)

Biometrics mandatory. applicant must come personally at the time of visa submission.

COVID vaccination certificate

Invitation from Chinese Company as per the Embassy format strictly (Invitation letter format attached in the Forms section).

Signatory Name should be written in the Chinese language.

Signatures should be Cross signature on company seal (and should be in Chinese)

Original bank statement of 6 months with original seal and signature of Bank on all the pages and with minimum balance should be Rs 1.5 Lakhs per person.

Original bank Solvency Letter with Bank original seal and signature

Day wise tour itinerary.

Any Foreigner working in India on Employment visa, FRRO authorisation letter also mandatory.

In case of any foreign passport holder, a recommendation letter for its respective Country Embassy is mandatory

BIOMETRIC AND INTERVIEW MANDATORY

Passport

Original passport issued within 10 years.

Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from USA

Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages.

Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages.

Photograph

Three recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 6 months.

With 50% - 69% of the image's total height should comprises of the face

Taken against a plain white background.

Invitation

In case applicant is being invited then the valid Passport/Green card copy of the invitee along with their financial documents & Invitation letter mentioning purpose of inviting

Proof Of Sufficient Funds for Undertaking Travel

Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement signed and attested by a bank official in case the applicant is employed else need to provide bank statement of the person sponsoring your trip.

In case applicant is self-employed then company's 6-month bank statement is also required

All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week.

Income Tax Returns

Income tax return assessment for the last 3 years in case the applicant is employed else need to provide income tax return of the person sponsoring your trip.

In case applicant is self-employed than he also needs to provide company's last 3 years of ITR until it's a proprietorship firm

NOC

NOC from Employer (if employed) along with ID card copy / Business card.

NOC from School / Institute along with Xerox of ID card (in case of student / minor)

GST Copy

If Self Employed, then applicant need to provide a GST Copy

Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director).

Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm).

The Company Bank Statement lasts six months updated with seal, sign and Sufficient balance.
